Saratoga / Cupertino School Spirit Day Hoodies: Large back graphic, self-checkout for parents

Spirit Day apparel isn't a school uniform. A K–12 school in the Saratoga and Cupertino area has clear requirements for this order: families who want to purchase a hoodie can order one individually, featuring a large graphic on the back and a small logo on the left sleeve. Since school mornings are cool, hoodies get worn far more often than another short-sleeve tee.

The contact person sends out individual payment links for the group. For an order of over 60 pieces, everyone selects their own size and checks out independently. The coordinator doesn't have to chase down cash, but this type of order doesn't qualify for volume discounts—the unit price is locked. If you want a bulk discount, you must switch to a single unified payment, but Spirit Day events rarely lend themselves to "one person paying for the entire school."

The biggest risk with a large back print is blurry outlines. Avoid using photos exported straight from a phone album; once blown up for the back of a hoodie, the edges will turn pixelated. Online previews are only meant for checking placement—both parties must verify the official high-resolution file and print safety zones before production begins. Use graphics created specifically for the school's Spirit Day theme, and do not use official school crests or mascots unless fully authorized.
