Case Description
35 Company Work Shirts Don’t Need to Become 35 Separate Orders
A small business in Silicon Valley came to us for 35 company work shirts. They weren’t for an event or a giveaway. They were for employees working at the front desk, out in the field, and occasionally on job sites.
The need was simple: a clean, easy-to-recognize logo on the left chest that would still look good after repeated washing. Most employees wanted short-sleeve shirts, with a few adding a Hoodie.
But the shirts weren’t the complicated part. Managing 35 people’s sizes, payments, and invoices was.
So the store manager collected everyone’s sizes and placed one order for all 35 shirts, with one payment and one invoice. No asking every employee to pay separately. No asking accounting to sort through a pile of individual payment records at the end of the month. Company workwear should feel like a business purchase—not 35 separate shopping trips.
We Communicate the Details That Are Easy to Get Wrong
A left-chest logo may be small, but that doesn’t mean the artwork can be. If the file doesn’t have enough resolution, fine lines and small details can come out blurry. So when we review the artwork, we look for a vector file or a high-resolution transparent image. The online preview is mainly for confirming placement and scale. The final artwork is reviewed and approved before we print. Need a few extra blank shirts to print later? We can include them in the same shipment, but those additional blank shirts don’t count toward the quantity discount. We’d rather make these details clear before you place the order than explain them afterward.
Don’t Wait Until Opening Day to Order
If you have a new store opening, an upcoming event, or a new workwear program, we generally recommend finalizing your artwork 3–4 weeks in advance. Because 2-Day Shipping only speeds up transit. It doesn’t turn production time into two days.
We want the process to be simple:
Confirm your needs → Collect sizes → Approve artwork → Place one order → Receive one invoice → We handle the rest.
You don’t need to become a printing expert.
And you shouldn’t have to spend an afternoon chasing employees for payments.
Workwear should support your team—not become another task on your list.
Simple process. Clear communication. One order. Less hassle.
